Shipping policy

Every order is packed with care and sent out with one goal — getting your new favourite pieces to you as fast as possible. Here is everything you need to know before you place your order. This policy may be updated at any time, and any changes will always be reflected on this page.

Order Processing

We move fast. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Our daily cut-off time is 10:00 PM CST — orders placed before then may be processed the same business day. Anything placed after the cut-off or over the weekend will be picked up first thing Monday morning.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email straight to your inbox. The moment it ships, we will send your tracking details so you always know exactly where your order is.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from the date of purchase

All timeframes run Monday through Friday. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or severe weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Standard US Shipping

  • Orders under $185.00 — flat rate of $5.95
    Orders of $185.01 and above — free shipping, automatically applied at checkout

Where We Ship

Regara ships to US domestic addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Our Carriers

We work with a trusted network of carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order will be delivered via FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, or another reliable local courier service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Taxes

All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Regara is not responsible for any additional state or local fees that may apply after your order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

It does not happen often — but when it does, we own it completely. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or not quite right, here is what to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging immediately
  2. Email us at contact@regara.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and make it right — whether that is a replacement, return, or refund
