Refund policy
At Regara, we want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right. Please read through this policy before placing your order. By shopping with Regara, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags attached and in original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
- Requested within the 30-day return window
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return with Regara is simple:
- Submit your return to the Returns Portal with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email
- Pack your items securely using the original packaging where possible
- Drop it off at your nearest carrier location and keep your receipt
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed
Return Shipping
- Mail returns: A flat fee of $4.99 is deducted from your refund — no upfront payment required
- In-store returns: Completely free at our Houston location — no fee, no label needed
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Regara covers the full return shipping cost at no charge to you

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is not right, do not wait — contact us within 48 hours of delivery to the Returns Portal with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond promptly and resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Delivery times for replacements may vary by location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- The $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
No Restocking Fees
Regara does not charge restocking fees on any eligible return. The only deduction from your refund is the $4.99 return shipping fee for mail returns — and nothing else.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Orders where a code was not applied at checkout are not eligible for a retroactive price adjustment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Final sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
