Shipping
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 5–8 business days. Total estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $185.00. Orders of $185.01 and above qualify for free shipping — applied automatically at checkout.
What is the order cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 10:00 PM CST to be processed the same business day. Weekend orders are picked up first thing Monday morning.
Which carriers do you use? We ship via FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and other reliable local courier services, depending on your location.
How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship internationally? No — Regara ships to US domestic addresses only. Orders placed with a non-US address will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Returns
How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I start a return? Submit your return to our Returns Portal with your order number and reason for return. Once our team reviews and approves your request, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email.
How much does return shipping cost? Mail returns have a flat fee of $4.99 deducted from your refund — no upfront payment needed. In-store returns at our Houston location are completely free. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Regara covers the full return shipping cost.
Can I return in-store? Yes — in-store returns are free at our Houston location at 5135 W Alabama St #7095, Houston, TX 77056. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
What condition must my item be in to qualify for a return? Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached, returned in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
What items cannot be returned? Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and any items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Are there any restocking fees? No — Regara does not charge any restocking fees. The only deduction from your refund is the $4.99 return shipping fee for mail returns.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to the Returns Portal with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Where does my refund go? Back to your original payment method used at checkout. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Will the return shipping fee be deducted from my refund? Yes — the $4.99 mail return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. In-store returns receive a full refund with no deductions.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges? Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability. For a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
